hmm feeling rather ill today and im scared my tonsilitus is coming back
which is so annoying as i was meant to be going to watch a concert tonight,
and im going to London on Monday - for a drama trip with school. but the good news is im taking my camera & just bought a new film, so lots of new photos coming soon.
i've gotta spray my throat with a disgusting spray thing. eew.
anyway i have the feeling that i am simply rambling.

whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at heathrow airport. general opinion's starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don't see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. often it's not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it's always there - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. when the planes hit the twin towers, as far as I know none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge - they were all messages of love. If you look for it, i've got a sneaking suspicion that love actually is all around.

just got back from the singing competition
& i won!
i sang eva cassidy's version of 'over the rainbow'
nearly cried at the end - due to thinking about my granny,
who recently passed away.
my house is full of my brothers friends watching the football :/

well its 21.26 and nomes got me into joining this (thankyou nomes i love you dearly) and im liking this site. ( : had a quite alright day at school today - and just made some yummy pancakes with icecream. im enjoying looking at everyones photography & artwork and ill have a proper look when ive got the time. anyway keep snapping. ciao for now xo
